Picked some up today because I am in Chicago on business and I can't regularly drink this particular beer. It is kicking my ass. I have had 3 beers and I am having trouble typing and concentrating. Now the beer is 8.5% but 3 beers, WTF? From the website: Northwind is a deep dark robust Imperial Stout. This velvety stout starts with a nice caramel sweetness and is loaded in chocolate and firm roasty maltiness. It is balanced with a generous helping of hops and the mild presence of alcohol. A big winter warmer. Oh, btw, it is a yummy beer. Too bad I actually have to work tomorrow.

Mmmmm...sounds delightful. 8.5 ain't nothin' to sneeze at. Three of those would remind me in the morning of my mortality. Arla
