Triathlon = 3 sport race, duathlon = 2 (run, bike, run). I'm doing my first in 2 weeks.
Ah yes, I knew that was coming up for you - just didn't put it together, so duh on me! I used to be an avid cyclist, but got spooked after having three friends get hit badly by cars around here, and one hit by someone with a bullwhip! Now I'm a cautious occasional commuter. Be careful out there!
I guess beer-drinking is my new cross-training method of choice (obligatory drinking content).
