    Last night, a friend from across the pond made me a Smooth Russian, which was a Black Russian poured into a Guinness. My first reaction was ACK...but it was darn tasty. I wouldn't do that again to a perfectly good stout, but it might be something to offer a non-beer-appreciating friend.
