This is a place for those of us that love to run but no longer love to smoke. For those who have quit, and are trying. Its a group for support not to be judged. Mainly it is a cool place to hang out and quit smoking.
The Farquharson Family will meet up the weekend of June 2nd on the Oregon coast. Some will run a marathon. Some will walk. Some will mock the fools who do either.

We are a group of runners that started C25K sometime between August and December of 2007 and are here for encouragement, accountability, and fun. Some of us are now ready to start the One Hour Runner Program and will be posting our progress.
