Turkish Get-Ups (Read 171 times)

    I've only just learned about Turkish Get-Ups.  I have a heck of a time keeping my arm locked straight.

      I've only just learned about Turkish Get-Ups.  I have a heck of a time keeping my arm locked straight.

       

       

      We used to do these a lot when I worked out at a crossfit gym. Make sure the weight you are using isn't too heavy. You really want to get the motion correct before you  get concerned about how much you are lifting.

        You guys are reminding me of all the exercises I used to do and have given up/forgotten about.  Not sure my body wants to start doing these again though.
