And win the Boston Marathon while you're at it.  I think this would be a mileage cutback for Jason, but he could emphasize quality in place of quantity.

Monday 4/21/75 -  Won 79th BAA Marathon in 2:09:55 new PR for that distance. Total miles run today 26.

 

Thursday 4/24/75 - Ran once about 6-7 miles at easy pace. Legs are better. Tomorrow doubles begin!

I can reach that too ... if I run 5459 miles in the next four weeks!

Nice find! That is just unbelievable. I guess I should step up my Boston 2010 training....

 

If only he had a Garmin back then.
