    Well I'm Still slow but I did Pr last tuesday night. It was nice to get the miley I had my doubts I would ever get one. I don't think I can back up last weeks run it was some what of a fluke for me as my fastest yet and it was nice to break the 11 min mile mark for the first time ever. Knee is getting worse. Saw ortho on Thursday and after 8 xrays could find nothing new wrong. Found 4 new bone fragments but they are in back of knee and not the current pain. Switched to new shoes and tried run with out brace for first time in 3 yrs. Anyone have any sugestions on geting swelling down with out taking a Nasid. I am allergic to Motrin and advil. Doug.

      I believe plain aspirin is a NSAID.
