I was very sad when the Shamrocks picked a marathon on the day of the Bobby Bell, how rude of them. I take great comfort in knowing that you guys will pick up the beer drinking slack for me.
You didn't specify whether it was a running or drinking PR you were shooting for, make sure you have a driver if you're trying for a double.
Anyone who is anyone will be running the Bobby Bell.
That's why Ed isn't running.
Great! See you there.
I'm thinking of starting out at 6:30 pace if anyone (Rick?) interested in running the first 2-3 miles together. I can probably hold that OK right now.
Jason - hilly. You should be well prepared from the relay and Lake W runs.
Have a good run you miserable bastid.
Was just told that I got free entry into Hartford Marathon on Saturday...depending on how I feel, I might do Bobby Bell on Sunday.
Good Luck to all of those running on Sunday!!
Rick you're too fast for me. Maybe I'll run the 1st mile with you at 6:20, but that's all.
See you got a nice 50 mpw streak going. I need to work my way up to that.
Yeah it is different, you can get close but you can't simulate a race completely. If it's a cool day I think 6:20 is a realistic goal for a race. Run tall, race hard, finish strong.
I think you mean DITTO, unless your talking about that singer or the foolishness of your attempt.
Mcmillan projects you at a 6:11 pace based on a 18:40 5k - YOU FREAKIN SLACKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
