      I didn't realize Springsteen is performing. You better tell Skootr he's got a new warm-up act.

       

      Seriously - is this related to the flood/mud thing?

        Yep.  A number of slides took out the road between the 4 way intersection after the 7 mile post and the 8 mile post.

          Oh is that the stretch where I could see the funky house with the funnel over the equestrian field?

            Thunder Road is the section way back in the woods you hit around mile 3-4 and again at 22-23.

              Bummer. That's a nice portion. The floods/muds just keep on giving.

               

              and Trent, we trust your ability to make a painful, horrific, monkey infested change to your stupid marathon route.

               

              Can't wait for Monkey 2010.

                Judging from this map, it's an extra +/- 90 feet?  That may keep me from a course PR.
