Recently I did the Mad City 50k. In our swag bag was a nice shirt, a running hat, a 36 count box of chocolate truffels and a hard cover book - Once a runner.
So that got me thinking ~ What would your ideal race sponsors be?
I do like chocolate and candy, booze of any kind, pizza ~ I go through a lot of gels, endurox, s-caps

I was already planning to bring some growlers from the AVL breweries, but the idea of getting them donated as door prizes sounds even better. I'll see what I can do...

We have a Mock Up of Walmart (shelves etc) on one side of upstairs and of Walgreens on the other - So Vendors (Mostly MArketing folk) can see how their product looks on shelf or in displays on store floor. I have not convinced my boss to donate the product on the next display change over yet ... My luck it would be Kotex products instead of Hershey's.
We usually save all the left over booze for Christmas party give aways - We do a lot of high end holiday promotions for mulitple producers and a few specialty promotions for A B.
