I have perfected my Monkey training plan. About a month ago I had a run that made me feel like Monkey would only be humiliating but not completely excruciating. So I decided it was best to stop running then and cherish an 8 week taper. What the hell is the point of Monkey if it isnt both humiliating AND excruciating.
(p.s. Skootr - I think you'll have plenty of time to get shitfaced before running me in)
