                            Heh... nothing. I've had a calf strain from softball the past three weeks, and it was giving me fits. I was debating whether to push through and see what happens or take 10-14 days off and recuperate. I decided that I'd keep going (it doesn't hurt when I'm training, just the quick sprints of softball) and it's been fine. Also, I figure there are plenty of people waiting for me (the guy who's only going to have 15 or so 20+ mile weeks leading up to his first marathon) to explode. I'm fine. Big grin
