Beer and wine in Gas stations, grocery stores, 7'11 whatever sold 7 am to 2:30 am

Shamed to say I've never closed down a bar in Oregon

Open container laws left up to each city/town

Quite the change from where I grew up in PA where even beer was State Store.

Back in my high school days (when the drinking age was 18,) I never closed a bar here in Nashville due to the 3 am closing time (and my midnight curfew.) When I went to college in St. Louis, I was stunned to have last call at 11:30 on Saturday so they could be closed by midnight.

The tangents are moot.

Set the bar low. Crawl under it.

Just for that - I drank Sunday after the 24 hour race

Now my rule is no drinking until DB < 190

Dry 1 day for far and 28 of the last 29 days

I have fallen off that horse - damn it!

I will never get into shape at this consumption rate ... now there is New Glarus Chocolate Abbey in the house calling to me ... What is a part german part russian boy suppose to do? Drink Vodka I guess ... for now.

i don't like beer and i have never liked beer, not any kind of beer, ever.

the other day, i had a fat tire because there was pizza and nothing else to go with it, and i really really really liked that fat tire a whole whole bunch.

what does this mean?

i find the sunshine beckons me to open up the gate and dream and dream ~~robbie williams
