I've never been to monkeython before. Is the 5K the day before or does it start at the same time as the marathon?

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

It starts at mile 23.1. Duh.

I prefer the 10k that starts at mile # 20 ... 5ks are too short

2013 Goals ~ Mar < 3:00, 5M < 29, 10k < 35

I prefer to run the 5K, hide in the woods for 4 hours, then come back out and cross the finish line.

The tangents are moot.

Set the bar low. Crawl under it.
