Side stitches on my 5 and 6 milers. 5+ out of 11 miles. Haven't had those on an easy run since I first started. 5 run days in a row, though (stair step). 2% incline on the treadmill first three days (2,3,4). Shifting to 6-x-6-x-x-13 (M,W,Sa runs) next week: Easy, Tempo, Long.
