Just kidding But - do any of you who have ran the monkey have advice on pacing? I know not to try to do any heroically fast climbs but the downhills take energy too. Running fast on the downhills takes energy, but also trying to go slow takes a lot of energy. Maybe there's no answer...I guess it'll be tough.
