	I like how you made a note that your run was not far enough. Then you need to be running father - even if it is a pre-meet day. It is only April and we want to run well in late May so we need to keep up the mileage. Either which way - you are running a ton more than I am. I guess I should really start getting ready for the McCaffalon.
