I've had a great break and have really been soaking up the time with my family. However, I'm back to work and my weekday routine now, so . . .
On the tenth day of Christmas, Carl go-ohs running.
(If you sing this to the tune of "five golden rings"; it may help illustrate how I'm feeling.)
Looking to reach 10 miles today: 8 during lunch, 2 during the pm coffee break.

Downtime is good, and this time of the year is a great time to take it! Welcome back to the pavement, Carl!
Ok, let's see what we can all come up with here....
On the 10th day of Christmas.....
10 miles running.
9 pounds to lose.
8 days of leftovers.
7 piles of crumpled up wrapping paper.
