Way to get out there Jackie! The weather is starting to get nice, and what better excuse to get outside!

It's great to hear from you, Jackie; your enthusiasm helps! I'm really trying hard to keep motivated right now, despite not meeting most of my training goals over the winter.
Next year, I'll do better--I'll remember not to set winter goals.
Chris, I googled "slo-gadeush" and came up with nothing, not even an alternate spelling suggestion. Congratulations, that hardly ever happens!
You are a runner

I'd better get a patent on that right away! Actually, it's an old thing/saying/action/thing that Jackie (or her friend as far as i know) invented. I or she will have to show/explain it if we ever get to run together.
