During a work break, I was looking at our logs to see how the Happy Trails team is doing this week, and I came across this one, which makes me want to renew my pool card, or at least get out for some morning running.

Carl!!!!! Now why on earth would my bitchy post pointing out the absurdity of getting up that early to put the body through torture inspire you to want to get your swim card? Stay in your warm bed and SLEEP!

And I'll 2nd Carl's observation.... great work everyone!

I have trouble getting up at 6:30 for a 5 miler.
