I'm doing much better; thanks for asking! Now, once I'm finished with the family cold virus, I'll be a completely happy camper. This is a good time to catch the bug, though, because I need to slow down for a few days and work back into gradually increasing my mpw.

Is everyone else making it through the winter season?

Let's see, Chris is in Hawaii. Katie is soon to be in Florida. Carl, you're heading south on us in a few weeks...
