	Thanks, Chris. Yeah, I was pretty surprised myself to see that I'm now consistently down about 10 pounds from this time last year. It's definitely helping my running! The RD snapped that pic during a fuel/gear stop I took after running for maybe 18 or 20 hours, so I was probably a few more under my everyday weight then. Have fun getting to know the people and town of Portland! Hey, did you ever read The Lathe of Heaven? It's a sci-fi novel I read in a Utopian Lit class about a decade ago, and if I remember right it's set in Portland.
