LG - That's Soo Cool; I know the feeling of not being able to slow down enough to comply with the LAW - as for example when I pass the nice brown wooden sign with white letters that is placed by the park authority along the trail I run on. It states: SPEED LIMIT 15 MPH - I always slow down when I see it but you know, quickly the pace is up there again and I just hope the authorities are not going to get me. I glance back over my shoulder and all I see is wide open space, no cops, and I run fast.

I have tried to figure out how to move my GPS data into a file where I can edit and work on it but I can't figure it out - how do you guys do it?

(I assume no liability. Official race course only, please!)

I know the feeling Flower, 15 MPH is pretty restrictive. Heck that's only 4 minute miles. Who wants to run that all

the time. We need to sneak in a tempo once in awhile

I've only managed to "snapshot" the Garmin data, Flower. It sure would be nice to be able to copy/edit it in

some way. Maybe there is a way, but I've yet to figure it out. Some time back, I lost a big chunk of my history

until learned to back it up, but as far as editing, I haven't a clue.

Sadly, a stint as Hef's interior designer did little to dispel the wanton commercialism tag. I tried to give his cave

a retro look by laying down bearskin rugs and using his spent pipe ashes to highlight etchings on the walls,

This was eons and eons ago (when Hef was just a young man).
