DId 2 minutes barefoot. Going to do a few barefoot periods a week.

starting with 2 minutes, building very slowly. Goal is stronger feet.

6.6 miles last night.  11:26 pace

Again ran without Garmin alerting me to heart rate.  Average HR was 117 with my MAF target rate of 125.

As I said before, I am trying to run slower this week to see if I notice any difference.

No aches or pains, but run felt off.  Possibly little sleep, dehydrated and poor diet yestery/ night before.  Pleased to log the miles but feeling off.

Hope to take it outside tomorrow morning for weekend long run.  Good night sleep and fresh air should help.

I like your choice of terms.  19F, windy and dark and you call the windchill "notable."  I called it "brutal."  Again, I am waiting until afternoon temperatures reach 35 before I venture out today.
