Thanks for posting, G.

Happy to help. This should be good. I believe tonight is live and that it will later be on replay. It sounds like it's open to the public. I don't know if there's a charge - I've never participated in one of Stu's call's before. Dr. Phil's message didn't mention a charge and Stu's site doesn't either - though it's not a toll free call. I think you just call the number and enter the pass code. They shouldn't charge you without informing you, so if I find out there's a charge I'll probably just hang up.
Too bad we can't "Live Blog" the call as it's happening.
Run until the trail runs out.

I did - it ran about an hour. It was enjoyable. The first 15-20 minutes of the call was Stu and Dr. Phil re-telling the story of how they met and what Dr. Phil did to rehab Stu (you can read the story in "Slow Burn"). There was a lot of history about how Dr. Phil got involved with athlete training and how he developed the 180- formula. Very interesting from an historical perspective (hearing about the size of the old HRMs was a hoot).
There was also a good discussion about what "aerobic" actually means according to Dr. Phil (hint - it has a lot to do with fat burning). One funny line intended as a joke to show how silly the oxygen-based definition of "aerobic" can be was something to the effect of "If anaerobic exercise means 'without oxygen' then you can do it without breathing!"
There was also some information about diet that was helpful in terms of how diet can promote or retard fat burning.
Only one question dealing with elevated heart rates in competition. Stu made it sound like there'd be more opportunity for questions on the follow up call.
I enjoyed it. If you have an hour to listen to it, it's worth it. The replay number should be on Stu's website.
ETA: Just remembered there was also a discussion about shoes - including the benefits of being in more minimal shoes (not just for running but all the time).

Steve -
Stu said the call would be on replay and gave the phone number, but I must say that I can't remember it off the top of my head. As noted above, there is a follow up call on February 10 at 2 PM Pacific (5 PM Eastern). Stu said this one should be more of a Q&A format. To submit questions, e-mail them to Stu - stu@wolrldultrafit.com.
Reminder - Dr. Phil is scheduled to return for and Interview/Q&A with Stu Mittleman tonight @2 PM PT/5 PM ET.
According to Stu's site the first Interview with Dr. Phil is available on his Replay Line: 507.726.3818.
I didn't see any different dial in instructions for today's call, so I presume that the call in instructions are the same as last time:
1. Dial (712) 338-8000
2. Enter meeting code: 1401#
3. To mute or un-mute your phone: *6
