what does that depend on? not enough motivation to go out?
Don't have time to run that much, 40-45 mpw will be the most I can do.
Long Drawfs Fast
If I can keep 30 MPW up for a year, I will be proud of myself . If I can do that, I probably won't stop at 30MPW.
30 x 50= 1500 m for the year. That is my target goal. I have finished an Atlanta Track Club race with a 2nd in age group. Before this year the closest I had come is 6th in age group. 1500 appears to be about the right number for me.
Run until the trail runs out.

Let's do this for next year then, 30MPW or more. I need to keep up my runnig spirit.

Way cool labhiker! The first date doesn't look right though.
8.9 miles. ran 5.6- walked 2- ran 1 -walked 0.3. Ran with a club member. Her goal is 100 miles a moth. She need 20 miles by 8/31. I was not feeling 8 today but managed somehow. Good thing I did. Now I only need 4 miles, in 2 days, to hit my 150 target this month.
wrong thread.
your right, my test was this weekend. thanks
