Ok, ok...I averaged above MAF today! Actually, I threw in more hills, and ran 3 miles at marathon goal pace for my February race. HR was pretty good during those miles, but it kicked me up a bit obviously.
Tossing my weight in here for motivation. I want to be 182 by the middle of February. Maybe even 180.
Struggling a little bit with motivation on the treadmill - but I leave for work before sunrise and get home well after sunset.

Trying to move from evening to morning runs with no success...may resort to requesting wake up calls from fellow MAFers.
I do them on the weekend, but just can't seem to get out of bed at 5:00-5:30AM. That extra hour means everything.
