    I just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone in this little forum a Happy New Year.

     

    We've shared some very good discussions in here and from the looks of it, many improvements. Here is looking forward to 2010 and all of the promise it brings for us to continue on our path to enjoy running, reducing stress and getting faster.

    Decker Challenge 12/12

      2012 goals: keep on running! Is there anything more than that?

      Finish 2 halves, 3M Half 1/29 and probably Decker Challenge in Dec
      history: blessed heart attack 3/15/2008; c25k july 2008 first 5k 10/26/2008, 62nd birthday; 1st 10k 2/28/2009 - 50 wks from heart attack to 10k; 1st Half Marathon 11/9/09 20 months from heart attack! !
