Low HR Training

LHR training a success for my first Mary! (Read 311 times)

Future running partner.

All this time and work at low hr and peaking at 60 mpw seems to have paid off. I ran negative splits in my first marathon. I ran it hard enough to wonder if I could keep up the pace, but it never went down. Big grin Here is the report: First Mary
