Beginner all over again

As April 2011 begins, I am finishing off my second week back to Running

after an extended period of not exercising, so I'm going to plot my results from a Beginner level.

I'm tracking my MAF-pace-Avg for my LongRun of the week

    Wk#...Date.....Pace LR.....LR duration.... Hours/Wk

    1.........3-21.......18:10............0:20...............3:00

    2.........3-28.......16:45............0:25...............4:30

    3.........4-04.......17:15............0:20...............2:20   .........(Busy Travel Week)

    4.........4-11.......16:15............0:35...............3:40

    5.........4-18.......18:55............0:40...............3:24        .

    6.........4-25.......17:45............0:40...............6:24         ...finally good consistency

    7.........5-02.......18:30............0:50...............4:42

    8.........5-09.......17:30............1:00...............5:53

    9.........5-16.......18:30............1:10...............6:16                 .

    10.......5-23.......18:00............1:20...............5:08

    Love

Welcome back, Frances. I had wondered what happened to you!

I just read your first post in the daily reports, and this one. I

remember that you were dealing with an injury of some kind. Glad

to hear you're healed and have a plan.

      Good luck.

      What does LR mean?
