Hi, guys.  Sorry for being MIA but between work and my peak weeks for Chicago, I've been scrambling to post sometimes.  Training went OK; yesterday was my last hard workout with 10 with 6 at MP HR (155).  it was hot (we are back in the 100s) and humid, but it got done.

Hey, guys.  Been busy after my marathon thanks to work so I have been sporadically lurking but not posting.  Recovery between Chicago and NYCM is coming along fine but I've been having a lot of bad asthma for the last two weeks.  Grrr.

                            Hope everybody is doing well.

Schedule called for 30. Started walking before mile 2` .After the 1st lap(5 miles) I decided` to pace behind other runners. Some of the miles were faster than desired. Felt like it took awhile to finish but the over all time was faster than last week. Need 1.9 miles to reach this months goal of 250 miles.
