I am doing a 3 mile test. Each chart graphs my time for the is a corresponding mile of each test..

Chart 1 has my results for the first mile of each of the 7 tests.

Chart 2 has the results of the second mile of each of the 7 tests

Chart 3 has the results of the third mile of each of the 7 tests.

My time for each of the first miles was decreasing until today's test. My time for each of the second miles was decreasing until today and my time for each of the third miles was decreasing until today.

90 sesonds per mile improvement in 6 weeks is brilliant. I think it would be unusual not to have an occasional week where by chance the graph doesn't go down.
