This Friday (May 23rd), Mike and I will be running a total of 36 miles. Please feel free to join us for any of the miles or for the recovery during happy hour at Flat Branch. Here is the itinerary for the day: 5:00 AM 22 miles starting and ending at El Presidente's Hacienda. We are meeting someone in the Wilson's parking lot at 6:00 AM and then doing a slightly modified Tripp 10K (in reverse) from there. 12:00 Noon 14 miles starting and ending at the usual parking lot in Cosmo Park. 3:00 - 5:30 PM Flat Branch Happy Hour
