Hello fellow lunatics, I've decided to come out of retirement and start running/training for the STL marathon in April. Oh, I've quit smoking now for over 2 months also. Watch out! Happy New Year and safe running to all! Chris aka "WoundedTigerAttemptingToRunAgain"

Welcome back Chris! Happy running! I think you'll find St. Louis a much easier course than Heart of America. P.S. Did you go to the Cotton Bowl?
      Running since January 2005

      Upcoming races:
      Hospital Hill Half-Marathon
      Great Sandbagger 10K
      Heart of America Marathon

No Cotton Bowl for me, but I had the best seat in the house, the couch! And please let me be a constant reminder/motivational tool for everyone out there who's thinking about taking some time off from running. It sucks, don't do it. Feel free to email me if you are interested in learning more details.

Chris, Welcome back. I've heard of your return from SlimT, but we haven't crossed paths yet this year. Most likely d/t my status as a "Lunatic Lite" when it comes to some of those cold, cold mornings. I don't know what has motivated you to return, but I'm sure you will reach your sought after goal. I was impressed by how quicklly you got into shape and was hitting the long runs before, so I know you'll be back in racing shape before you know it. And, regarding time off, I have lived the in shape/out of shape cycle more times than you can count on your fingers and toes. Welcome back! Darrin
