Just curious where you got your program or if you made it up. Anyway it looks like basic bread and butter marathon training. If it was me I'd add a super-easy 3 - 4 on the day you do weights, I think your legs will feel better for it.
It's Pete Pfitzinger plan. I use to run 3 days a week and worked my way up to 6 day. I may get up to 7 days per week someday
Ah, I wondered. I'll be using Daniels this Fall (vs my usual "Just Run As Much As Possible") and it looked sorta familiar. I guess Pfitz vs. Daniels is not really all that different. Looks like you'll be doing more strides and 5K pace runs, while I'll be doing more tempo and MP runs. It's all good.

Yeah...It's like Daniels. The main difference I see is the interval done early in the Daniels plan I was going to use and finishes with the tempos. Pfitz is reversed. I have a few MP runs and I now scheduled 3 tune-up races (1/2, 25K & 30K).
