Any of you guys tell me my current marathon fitness? I'm aiming for a sub-3 in Toronto Scotiabank Marathon about 11 weeks from now. I'll try to put my log in public to see my recent workouts.
Anyways I'm hitting all the Daniels workouts for VDOT 53 including the TLTs and did my first MP run today 2 x 10.5/k with 30secs rest @4:12/k and the second was 4:09/K.
My brain can't compute kilometers, but it doesn't look live you've raced in a long time. Do you have any upcoming races? Races will give you the best idea of your current fitness.
There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.
