Incidentally, one a week or one every two weeks is easier for me than one every four weeks. Go figure.
now a 20 miler at a slow pace is fairly easy.

and by the way, which marathon are you doing next weekend?
A local 50k called "Dizzy Daze" because it is 10 laps around a tiny little lake (a lake I run around several times a week anyway). Unless I opt for the 100k. But in addition to not being up for 62 miles... I'm certainly not up for 20 laps around that lake. (my schedule can be found at http://moostronaut.blogspot.com)

I can hardly stand 2 laps around Green Lake let alone 10 or 20! How's the turnout for that race? Good luck!
Heh. I hear you. The nice thing is that support and drop bags are easy to deal with . It'll probably be 30-50 people... 10 or so will do the 100k. Cmon out on Saturday. We'll be the people with the blank expressions on the outside loop.
