Your log  is amazing. You're really pounding out the miles, John!

Thanks, but this is really an amazing log.

Comparing distance to Dopple Bock is about the same as comparing pace to Usain Bolt.  The guy's a monster, and pretty much a professional distance machine.  When I look at his stuff, its the mental element that amazes me...to log the hours he does pounding away on a treadmill is unfathomable to me.

And the amazing journey continues, you're over 200 days of running.  Wow !

I'm proud to say I ran with you in a few races...seriously.

Looks like you are on track for Beach to Beacon. Damn, your paces are already much quicker than me.

            Keep up the good work!!

Uhhh...hate to say it John, but I'm not so sure these 20 mile weeks are setting me up for anything good...my body seems to have lost the ability to improve its fitness and aerobic capacity. I'm not seeming to make any gains...can't add distance.  The 3 - 4 mile pops of yesteryear are the marathons of today.

And...the beat goes on...the Road Shuffler running streak is now 300 freakin' days!

John -- Let me be the first to congratulate you on knocking down 3,000 miles this year!  A little 7.1mi jaunt and you are there, Mister.

                  That is something.  Wow.

Take a break, you're making me tired....

Thanks Andy... I'll see you at the Cape 10 miler.
