I got 3 questions wrong on my certification test. You can get 20 wrong and still pass. I count that as a good thing, especially given the poor wording of a good dozen of the questions. The only step I have left is to scan in my certification cards for CPR and First Aid and email those to the instructors. (I tried getting photos of them but couldn't get any clear enough to use, so that step has to wait until I get to work since I don't have a scanner.)
