This does not appear to be taking off as one might hope.

I'm nobody but i'm here. I do need to work on my next marathon though. I ran a 3:42 on my first with my longest run of 17 miles and 20-35/40 mpw.

          sub 1:30 half

I think we can figure this out?

              2013 goals:

I'm here instead of running which is what I should be doing.

Im here new to marathoning but having a crack next year.

Hi I don't know when I'm going to run my next Marathon but I'll stop by.

Never run, if you want to never run, don't start because you'll never stop.

                        Hello, one more here.

                        No more marathons

                          Yo, Adrian!

Apparently not taking off, but its a start.

                            Letting off steam

Give it a little time, but definitely invite people here.  People are looking for alternatives, and/or still believe RW will fix their forum.  So far MRT has been largely untouched by the spam, so for someone only in MRT, it's still someone else's problem.

I doubt RW has the will or the way to fix much.

Nearly back to 100% 6 months after Achilles surgery. Now at 35 50 mpw.

                              Base building time!

Another ex Runners World user here.

I didn't post much, and mostly in the Marathoners forum when I did, but I sure enjoy reading others training tips and race reports.

I hope this place takes off.
