Are you like me live in the DC Metro area and you are running the MCM or other races but have no one to train with? I started a meetup group and welcome you to join so we can train together. Ok so you are not running a marathon, but would enjoy some company on a run well this is the group for you as well. We might meet at a gym to do weights , schedule a long run once a week and maybe even meetup to run during the week.
