Laurie, after reading thisI've done a few things different with my AT. Ranging from the way I drive to the way I sit and changed my stride and have become a heel striker. There has been a lot of improvement.

Maraposai, youre too sweet. Really all I wanted was for people to learn from my mistakes.

tom, me especially. I think the hard way is the only way I learn anything. But hey at least the lesson sticks.

Steve, which seated position helps you most? I try to sit with the largest angle between my upper body and legs. A slouch type of sit. Well its not pretty but the greater angle lessons the pull on the hamstring. Best luck and glad to hear you are doing better.
