I have posted many times here how I hate Aamos, and I have backed it up always with sound reasons.

 

We talked today on the phone and she didn't disappoint me as she scolded me once again for some imagined slight.  Today it was because I didn't recognize her voice among 4 or 5 screaming women in their van.

 

But I have to acknowledge it was great of her to put aside her own race, which we all know how she can run, to celebrate Tammy's big day.  There are so many big hearts here on this forum.

I was on my way back from a neighboring town and took a less traveled route. Check the elevation on a down hill 10K .There is plenty of parking at the end. I'll mention this to a local RD.
