Happy belated Sunday!

I think day 21 of non running. On a more positive note, skiing has started for the season and despite the crazy schedule, I love the weekend routine in the mountains.

My DD started race training with the MWV team, DS starts next weekend with the Wildcat team but he loves to ski and joined an older age group this weekend. It is fun to watch him.

Not many trails open yet at Wildcat but good conditions for early season. We knew everyone who was out this weekend! Skiied most of Saturday and Sunday morning. 55 minutes on a very old elliptical in the afternoon. Made me appreciate the YMCA machines.


Otrhopedic appt Tuesday morning re the sciatic issue. Hoping to make some progress soon.
