        Thanks, Leslie. We'll see how being in Seattle this week (although right downtown) helps or hurts my running....

         

        Monday: 1.4 miles walking after dinner

        Tuesday: 5.1 miles run, .4 mile walk c/d

        Wednesday: 8.2 miles run, mostly along the waterfront and including some hill sprints back up to the hotel, then a 2.8 mile walk around Green Lake with a friend

        Thursday: 6.2 miles run, .3 mile walked; 1.3 miles walked to go shopping downtown in the afternoon

        Friday: 4.4 hilly miles, .2 mile walk afterward,

        Saturday: 10.1 miles run, 1.3 mile walk

        Sunday: 7 miles on the treadmill with 1/2 mile repeats, .6 mile walk

         

        Totals: 41.1 miles run, 6.3 miles walked

            No workouts  this week, as it was my first week back at work and I've been exhausted all week.

            However I made it out today.
            Sunday: 4.25 mile run around Reservoir 10:44 pace,  foot feels pretty good! Smile
