        I'm still fighting some left knee pain. Will post update if I get close to 40. Taking it easy right now.

         

        20.5 miles - back to light jogging. Feeling better, just need a little more rest & easy running.

              I needed some sort of a comeback

              after the NYC fiasco, so the main focus was

              on slow start, strong finish and even pace.

              and that's what I got, splitting 1:34/1:34
