Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Thanks Holly - I'm in. This week is the Detroit Marathon, 2 weekends ago was the Mo Cowbell Marathon. In both events, I am running along side my son to help him get back up to the marathon distance and to help him qualify for the Marathon Maniacs. Kory once ran Columbus Marathon in 3:25 or faster, but he has since joined the working force and drifted away from running.

Hey Dennis--I hope you kick that cold before tomorrow! Good luck! Have fun!
Thank you Mike, but it was full force this morning. Hacking & Coughing & Blowing my nose the whole time
But you did it anyway.
Thanks, Holly.
Recovering from the half last week.
Today I put on my racing flats, went to the track and
... slowly jogged 8 miles at 12min pace. Oh well.
I thought maybe I will warm up and do some intervals,
but it was a cold day and with both legs hurting pretty
badly decided to just leave it at that
