        Hey Leslie.

Youngest grandson is visiting this week while DW is in Mexico on a medical mission trip. He'll keep me busy, so I'll just take this week totally off.

        Have a great week.

        Paul

Paul, my hat is off to your DW.  Like I've told you before, wish I had some medical skills so I could go on one of those trips.

I've already juggled around the plan for various reasons so I'll post the new one:

Well I've figured out that if I'm not running much, I need to be doing something (up 4-5 lbs already!!), so let's get the XT thing going again.

Monday: 3.2 miles elliptical, abs & core stuff

              Tuesday: 2.3 miles elliptical (20:38)

Wednesday: 1.1 mile walk at lunch

Thursday: 5.2 mile run (yay!) that felt pretty good, .3 mile walk

Friday: 2.6 miles elliptical (21:30), abs & core stuff

Saturday: 8k race (37:17.5), .8 mile warm up and 2.2 mile c/d for 8 miles run, leg ok. .3 mile walk, 2.5 hours weeding and hilling potatoes...

Sunday: 11.2 miles run, .4 miles walked

Totals: 24.1 miles run, 8.1 miles elliptical, 2.2 miles walking and 15 minutes abs & core... and 2.5 hours in the garden

                Hi everyone,

                I'm baaaaack Joking

I've had a really difficult time doing the workout / running thing with the school/work/family/dogs/friends/chores thing. But I think I finally figured it out..... I think..... maybe.....Not that I'm running high mileage or want to at this time, but I am working out regularly.

Anyways, I do believe I'm ready to come back and post my workouts again.

How's everyone doing? Any major goals in your future?

                Recap of this week:
