        Planning on being in. Will see how the hammy holds up. Also have a really busy week.

         

        M - 30 Mins Elliptical @ Lunch - 30 Min Elliptical after work.

        T - 45 Mins Elliptical @ Lunch - Looks unlikely I will make 40 miles this week. Might not make 10. :-/

        W - 1 Hour Elliptical. Was gonna do a pool run but the pool was full... :-(

        T - 30 Mins Elliptical

        F - Off

        S - 3.25 mile run. Wanted to do 45 mins, but the hammy went kaput at 26. Ugh

        S - 30 Min Elliptical

         

        So, total is 3:45 of elliptical and 3 miles of running. /sigh
