      Week before Hatfield McCoy Marathon. No plans except maybe a 5K on Saturday.

       

      M - 9.8 m.

      T - 6.8 m. - Yasso 800's + wu & cd.

      W - Took off National Running Day.

      T AM - 3 m.

      T PM - 12 m.

      F AM - 2.3 m.

      F PM - 8.1 m.

      S - Donut Dash 5K & 1.9 warmup = 5 m.

      S - 10 m. 9:15 pace.

       

      Total - 57 miles.
